Grantbook recently hosted a session as part of PEAK Demo Days titled Are You Ready? Core Practices to Drive Your Journey Toward Operational Excellence.

In this session, we explored two foundational practices that help funders progress on that journey: Implementation Readiness and Change Readiness.

Implementation Readiness – Are we equipped to execute and deliver?

This pillar examines whether your systems, processes, and roles are set up for success, and highlights practical tools—like process blueprints, RACIs, and decision-making models—to strengthen your ability to execute.

Change Readiness – Are we willing and able to evolve?

This practice focuses on the human side of transformation, exploring how culture, leadership, and learning agility support change through tools like interest-holder mapping, pulse surveys, and shared ownership.
